DEPOSITS: a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm a furnished 2 bedroom apartment suite. Balance of payment due 30 days before arrival. All units must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation with map and receipt with your reservation. Charge cards (VISA, MC, AMEX) and Paypal are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: Full refunds are given if cancellation requests are received 60 days or more prior to arrival, less a $50 cancellation processing fee. If there is a cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given. If there is a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival no refund is provided.
